  • What payment methods are available on Air Astana?

    You can pay for your ticket on the company's website in the following ways:
    - with the bank's payment card;
    - online loan ("Halyk Bank - Travel Now - Pay Later");
    - Kaspi Gold & Kaspi Kredit;
    - China Union Pay;
    - PayPal (available when selecting the following regions: Global, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, UAE, Korea).

  • What are the payment options available through call centre, WhatsApp, online consultant?

    If you have booked a ticket by calling the airline's call center you can pay for the ticket by one of the listed methods:
    - via Halyk Homebank app;
    - via Kaspi app;
    - by any payment card, via a link sent to you by the agent;
    Via WhatsApp or online consultant at help, payment is only accepted via payment link.

  • What payment methods are available at the sales offices?

    At sales offices you can pay by card, cash or QR (Halyk or Kaspi).
    There are also contactless payment systems (apps):
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
    • Android Pay
    • Garmin Pay
    • Samsung Pay

  • What should I do if an error occurs during payment?

    If an error occurs during the booking or payment process on our website, please try the following:
    - check via your bank's application whether the card you want to pay with is available for internet transactions;
    - make sure you have enough money on your card for the transaction;
    - try to change the internet browser you are using to open the website page (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.);
    - check that the data entered is correct;
    - check for 3D secure code on the card.

  • I've been charged twice. How do I get it back?

    To verify the details of the withdrawal, please send a request by clicking on the link. In your request, please include the cardholder's full name, as well as the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used for the payment.  Your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate department for clarification regarding the excess charge.

  • How can I buy a ticket on credit with Halyk Bank?

    1. You can book tickets on our official website or Air Astana mobile app.

    2. Booking is valid within 1 hour of receiving your order number;

    3. Get your airline ticket order number;

    4. Go to the Halyk Homebank application for further processing;

    5. Enter the airline ticket order number in the "Enter order number" field;

    6. Check the booked ticket details, select the credit period and click "Next";

    7. Read the loan documents and sign the documents using the EDS issued by the Bank;

    8. After the loan is processed, airline tickets will be sent to your email address.

  • How can I pay for firearms transportation?

    Passengers wishing to transport weapons such as combat, sports, souvenir, or model guns, it is imperative to initiate an advance request for weapon carriage. This request must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure, and it can be accomplished by either contacting the Help Centre or by making the request through the ticketing agency. Payment can be made only during check-in at the airport.

    The following details need to be provided and specified: 

    • Type and quantity of weapons 
    • Model, serial number, and tag number of the weapon 
    • Purpose of use for the weapon 
    • Type and quantity of ammunition and cartridges for the weapons (note that the total gross weight of ammunition must not exceed 5kg per person; if allowances are for multiple individuals, they must not be combined into one or more pieces of baggage).

  • How can I pay for the transportation of sports equipment?

    Transportation of sports equipment requires prior approval and an additional payment, which must be made at the airport during baggage drop-off.
    You must send a request 24 hours before departure to your travel agency or fill out this web form. The fares are published here.

  • How can I pay for a selected seat?

    You can purchase MySeat service on the website by visiting the main page and selecting "Manage". You can also contact the Call Center, reach us via WhatsApp, or visit a sales office in your city You can find the contact numbers and address here. Additionally, MySeat can be purchased during online check-in or directly at the airport during check-in.

     

  • How can I buy an extra piece of baggage?

    You can purchase additional luggage on the website on the main page, you need to go to the booking management, you can also contact the call center, WhatsApp or the sales office in your city. You can find the address here

    In addition, you can purchase additional baggage at online check-in and at the airport before departure.

    Take advantage of the opportunity to purchase an additional luggage space in advance with a discount of up to 30%. Pre-paid additional baggage can be added to your booking no later than 36 hours before departure.

  • How to buy a ticket for a child?

  • I received a voucher, how can I use it?

    You can only use the electronic voucher on the airline's website to pay for an upcoming flight or additional services (MySEAT, MyBAGGAGE, Meet and Greet). At the moment of payment, select "Activate Voucher" and fill in all necessary fields.

  • I have a certificate. How does it work?

    To apply for a paper certificate, you need to contact the airline's sales office in your city, and you can find the address by following this link

  • I have a Gift Card. How can I buy a ticket?

    You need to contact the airline sales office in your city. You can find the address by clicking here

  • How can I pay for my ticket?

    You can pay for your Booking:

    • by calling the Booking and Information center, contacts are here;
    • by applying to online chat on the website or Air Astana mobile app in the Account - Help - Online Assistant section;
    • at the airline's sales office in your city. You can specify the address by following this link;
    • by writing to a WhatsApp consultant at +7 702 702 0074;
    • by transfer via bank, having booked your itinerary via the Booking and information center and send your organization's Booking number and details using this link;
    • In applications Halyk, Kaspi with booking in the call center.

    You can also book and pay for your ticket on our website and, if necessary, pay with credit from Halyk, Kaspi banks.
