- by applying to online chat on the website or Air Astana mobile app in the Account - Help - Online Assistant section;
- at the airline's sales office in your city. You can specify the address by following this link;
- by writing to a WhatsApp consultant at +7 702 702 0074;
- by transfer via bank, having booked your itinerary via the Booking and information center and send your organization's Booking number and details using this link;
- In applications Halyk, Kaspi with booking in the call center.
You can also book and pay for your ticket on our website and, if necessary, pay with credit from Halyk, Kaspi banks.
