  • How can I order a special meal?

    You can request a special meal no later than 24 hours before departure through the Air Astana Call Center, WhatsApp, sales offices, or online via the “Manage Booking” section on the website or mobile app.

  • Can I order a special meal for the children?

    Specially designed children’s meals are provided on flights longer than three hours for young passengers aged 2 to 12.
    This is a balanced menu tailored to the needs of young travelers, with a bright and colorful presentation that turns mealtime into an enjoyable part of the flight.

  • Can I request a meal for an infant?

    Meals for our youngest passengers (under 2 years old) include two types of purees — fruit, vegetable, or meat — and do not include hot meals.
    This type of meal is provided on every flight and does not require a pre-order.

  • Can I order a kosher meal?

    Kindly note that kosher meal catering is currently unavailable on flights departing from Kazakhstan. However, it may be offered on select routes from international departure points, depending on the catering capabilities of each location.   • Can I order a diabetic meal?

    Yes, Air Astana offers a special meal option for passengers following a diabetic diet. This meal is designed to help manage blood sugar levels and excludes fried foods, sugar, and high-fat, spicy, or salty dishes.
