Why points are not accrued automatically?

To have points automatically credited to your account, you need to provide your member (card) number when booking a ticket on the official Air Astana website by checking the box "Has a loyalty program member number" and entering your member (card) number.

If you forgot to enter your member number when booking a ticket on the website or booked tickets on third-party websites or through travel agencies, you can add your member number to the booking before the flight through our call centers, sales offices, at the check-in counter, or at the point of purchase.
