Membership card

The virtual Nomad Club membership card is available in the member's profile on the airline's website. A plastic membership card will be issued automatically once you achieve one of the elite program tiers — Gold or Diamond. To receive a plastic elite tier card, please ensure that your delivery address is specified in your member profile. The card will be issued automatically and dispatched to the indicated address within 14 working days.

How to obtain a Silver tier card? 

To obtain a Silver card, a member must earn 25,000 flight points or complete 30 flight segments between January 1st and December 31st . 1 flight segment = 1 flig. 

Please note that starting from January 1, 2026, the issuance of Silver tier cards has been discontinued.

In order to restore lost, damaged or expired card, you need to send a request to the Nomad Club department using the link.

Before sending a request, please check a delivery address in your profile.

According to the rules of Nomad Club, the card will be delivered to your address within 2-4 weeks.
