**Reservations Changes** Any change must be made at least 3 days prior to flight departure for international flights and 1 day prior to flight on domestic flights. The first rebooking before departure is free of charge. All subsequent rebooking with a penalty of 15,000 KZT, or 3,000 points. In case of no-show rebooking is not permitted. **Cancellation** Before departure - wholly unused flight: points can be re-deposited with a deduction of 5000 points when applying at least 3 days prior to flight departure for international flights and 1 day prior to flight on domestic flights. After departure - for partially used or expired tickets: points cannot be re-deposited. **No Show** If you do not turn up for a confirmed reservation, a refund or change of the departure date will not be applied. The date of travel for a partially used ticket with an expired date of travel cannot be changed and the ticket cannot be refunded.
