  • What is included in a Business Class Travel Kit?

    Business Class passengers are offered travel kits with socks, oral hygiene kit, earplugs, sleep mask, disinfectant wipe, hand cream, pen and comb.

  • Who Can Use the Services of The Shanyraq Business Lounge?

    Holders of a Business Class invitation ticket, a Business Class boarding pass, and a "gold" or "diamond" Nomad Club card can visit the Business Lounge for free.

  • Can I upgrade class of my flight ticket online?

    You can upgrade your service class online in the following ways:

    • On the website of airline via the Manage option on the main page;
    • By placing a bid through the MyUpgrade option.

    Passengers booking tickets online at the website may receive an email invitation to place a bid for an upgrade to business class, subject to seat availability and a confirmed booking for the relevant flight and date. This invitation will be sent after booking your flight on the airline’s website, provided the ticket is purchased at least 48 hours before departure.

    You can also follow the provided link, enter the passenger’s last name and booking reference, and submit your offer.

    If your bid is successful, we will notify you prior to departure and issue a new electronic ticket with a confirmed seat in business class.

  • Can a passenger on a stretcher fly in Business Class?

    Unfortunately, in Business Class passengers are not transported on a stretcher.

  • I'm flying on Business Class. How to order a meal?

    Whether you are traveling in Business Class or Economy Class, you will enjoy healthy, delicious meals beautifully presented onboard. More details about Business Class dining are available via the link.

    If you have specific dietary preferences, you can request special meals free of charge no later than 24 hours before departure. You may place your request through the Call Centre by phone, via WhatsApp, at your local sales office, or online through the “Manage My Booking” section on the Air Astana website or mobile app. You may also submit a request directly.
