Any change must be made at least 3 days prior to departure for international flights and 1 day prior to departure for domestic flights.
Flight date changes on a award ticket can be made once without penalty if there are available seats in the authorized booking classes and if the deadline for applying for rebooking is met. All subsequent changes can only be made upon payment of a penalty of 3,000 points or 15,000 KZT from the participant's account.
To change the travel date, you must contact the Booking and Information Center, WhatsApp consultants, as well as your own sales offices (contacts and addresses) or a Help Center at least 3 business days before departure.
