Passengers are allowed to carry certain animals (cats, dogs, turtles) in compliance with the requirements of the airline and the authorities.
To obtain a transportation permit, it is mandatory:
- the presence of an animal's passport;
- veterinary certificate (must be obtained from veterinary supervision);
- the presence of a tattoo or microchip to identify him;
- availability of a container for an animal;
- soothing sprays or pills, if the transportation is carried out in the cabin (for use during the flight, if necessary).
A special request is required at least 24 hours before departure. To confirm, you need to fill out a form or contact to Call Center, WhatsApp consultants, ticketing offices (contacts and addresses), travel agencies.
