Regardless of the travel class, passengers using a wheelchair will receive maximum assistance from the cabin crew.
At the check-in counter, if a request has been submitted in advance (no later than 24 hours before the scheduled flight), the passenger will be provided with a wheelchair and medical assistance to the aircraft or to their seat on board (depending on the selected service).
