All passengers can purchase additional baggage in advance or at the airport check-in counter.
The “Additional Baggage” service can be arranged in advance:

on the airline’s website during ticket booking;

at the Air Astana Call Centre or at a local sales office;

in the “Manage Booking” section on the official Air Astana website or mobile app;

through a travel agency.
When purchasing additional baggage more than 36 hours before departure, a 30% discount applies.
If purchased less than 36 hours before the flight, the standard airport rate is charged.
