Whether you are traveling in Business Class or Economy Class, you will enjoy healthy, delicious meals beautifully presented onboard. The menu depends on the duration of the flight. You will be offered cold and hot drinks and sandwiches on short flights. On flights longer than 3 hours, you will be offered a hot meal, hot and cold drinks.
If you have specific dietary preferences, you can request special meals free of charge no later than 24 hours before departure. You may place your request through the Call Centre by phone, via WhatsApp, at your local sales office, or online through the “Manage My Booking” section on the Air Astana website or mobile app. You may also submit a request directly.
