Why haven’t I received my tickets by email?

If your payment was successful but you haven’t received your tickets, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email’s Spam or Junk folder.
  2. If the tickets aren’t there, you can:
    • Visit one of our sales offices.
    • Contact us via the chat on our website.
    • Call Centre.
