Electronic vouchers are granted as compensation before/during/after a flight by airline staff and can be redeemed on the airline's website only. The voucher will be sent to your email address or mobile number.

Its validity is one year from the date of issuance.

E-vouchers can be used on our website only. Please select “Activate Voucher” during payment and fill in all necessary fields. You can also pay for additional services like MySEAT (seat reservation), MyBAGGAGE (prepaid excess baggage).

If your ticket price is higher than your voucher's value, you’ll have to pay the remaining amount. If your ticket price is less than the voucher amount, the difference is non-refundable.

The voucher can be issued in KZT, USD or the local currency, depending on where it was issued.

The value of the voucher will be automatically exchanged to ticket currency based on exchange rates in Air Astana’s host reservation system.

No, electronic voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an equivalent amount of cash.
