Electronic vouchers are granted as compensation before/during/after a flight by airline staff and can be redeemed on the airline's website only. The voucher will be sent to your email address or mobile number.

The process of purchasing tickets using a voucher follows the standard ticket purchase procedure on our website. You will need to select your destination, departure date, fare type, and enter the passengers’ personal and contact information yourself.

At the final step before payment, in the upper right corner, click on "Activate Voucher" and enter your voucher number along with the document number you provided. Then proceed with the payment, taking the discount into account — if the ticket price is higher, you will pay the difference; if it is lower, the difference is non-refundable.

Additionally, you can purchase extra services, such as paid seats (MySEAT) and additional baggage (MyBAGGAGE).

If your ticket price is higher than your voucher's value, you’ll have to pay the remaining amount. If your ticket price is less than the voucher amount, the difference is non-refundable.
