There can be several reasons:
- You may have entered an incorrect booking number or passenger’s last name. Please compare this information with the details on your itinerary receipt, which can be found in your confirmation email;
- When booking the ticket online, it’s possible that the first name and last name were entered in reverse (these fields are often confusing). If so, try entering your first name instead of your last name in the "Manage My Booking" section;
- You may be trying to access a booking for a flight that has already been completed. To obtain information about archived bookings, please submit a request via this link.
