Passengers who book tickets online at www.airastana.com will receive an email before departure. The email will be sent to the address provided during the online booking. E-mails are sent to all individuals, so if a Booking was made for more than one passenger at a time, the owner of the e-mail address would receive multiple e-mails for each passenger in the group. Pre-departure emails are sent only to passengers with bookings on eligible flights and dates, and only if enough seats are available.
