MySEAT is non-refundable according to the service rules:
- in case of a cancellation or change of the ticket;
- change of the seat during online check-in;
- upgrade of the class of service;
- non-compliance with aviation security requirements (the passenger familiarizes and agrees with aviation security requirements when paying for MySEAT);
- passenger's non-appearance on board due to lateness, non-compliance with migration and other requirements.
