COVID-19

  • How is the air in the aircraft cabins cleaned?

The air distribution system in the aircraft is equipped with high-efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA) to trap contaminants, including Covid-19 viruses, with an efficiency of over 99.9%. On average, all the air in the cabin is completely refreshed every 3 minutes.

  • How are sanitary rules observed on board?

All aircraft are equipped with a UPK (Universal Prophylactic Kit), which contains the necessary personal protective equipment for the crew and passengers. Our crew undergoes a mandatory temperature measurement and a general health check before each flight. All travel kits, including baby kits and baby plaids, are issued in individual packages. Headphones are disinfected after each flight, and disposable cases are issued on board.

  • How often is cleaning done on board?

Before each flight, the aircraft is thoroughly cleaned, which includes complete disinfection. During the flight, the toilets are cleaned every 15 minutes using disinfectants. The flight logs and safety instructions are carefully wiped after each flight.
  • How to prepare for a flight?

Prepare a travel hygiene kit - passengers should carry a mask and not remove it before, during, and after the flight (except during meals). Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizers when this is not possible.
